On the next screen, BEFORE you choose a
time for the appointment, 
you'll need to select your Time Zone.

When you are selecting the Time Zone for your appointment,
it is CRUCIAL to choose accurately, or it WILL NOT
show you the correct times available for your specific area.
If a time zone is already listed, verify it is correct.

Use the chart below to determine what city matches your time zone. 
Type that city in the box below the words “YOUR TIME ZONE”. See the example below.

AFTER selecting your appointment time, 
you'll be brought back to this screen where 
you MUST click the Book Appointment Button
at the bottom of the screen.
When you do this, you should see a success message
with this green check mark:
